Welcome to our online booking portal! We have decided to implement an online booking system to allow suppliers to see our schedules. Please select the OT that you would like to book with, and then select "Occupational Therapy Evaluation Telehealth" as the treatment. *Please keep in mind Amy can see patients in NC, SC, GA, KY, FL, IN, TN, and VA. *Please keep in mind Amy can see patients in NC, SC, GA, KY, FL, IN, TN, and VA. Ashley can see patients in GA and TN. Alyssa can see patients in OH.

Once you have the OT and the treatment selected, you will be able to see the schedule.
Please email office@limbtechnc.com to request a calendar date. In your email, we ask that you include the following:
-Patient demographics
-OT Referral- (NOT PT!)
-Insurance information
-Which OT Practitioner's schedule you're requesting
-The dates and times that you're requesting

If you would like Amy to be in the clinic, please make sure to note that in your email.

If we approve the calendar date you are requesting, we will send you a Microsoft Teams invite. Please contact the patient to confirm their appointment with them (If they have any kind of Medicare plan, please confirm they are not on home health). By reserving the appointment, we are viewing this as confirmed, unless we are notified by you that the patient needs a different date.

My name is Lauren Schreier, MSOT OTR/L. I am a graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne University and an Occupational Therapist here at LimbTech. I have completed clinical rotations in seating and positioning and have been mentored by Amy Siegler the owner of LimbTech.

Amy Siegler is an Occupational Therapist and board certified orthotist who owns and operates LimbTech. LimbTech was started in 2019 to serve the clients and families of western NC, and has quickly grown to serve families and communities in multiple states.

Amy grew up in Anchorage, AK, which she continues to go back often to visit family and enjoy the outdoors. She went to college in Flagstaff, AZ at NAU, studying Exercise Science. She then attended Creighton University in the OTD program. During her time at Creighton, she did her professional rotation and Capstone in orthotics and prosthetics and became a board certified orthotist.

Her and her husband Jason, moved to western NC in 2014 and made it their home. They have 3 daughters (Lola, Olivia, and Ava Roo).

Amy has deep rooted passions in empowering and inspiring students, working with families to ensure proper equipment is provided, and inspiring other therapist to get involved in their community and profession.
